their floor plans, their communities, and
what their lots are like.
We know all about new home construction - from materials to
financing, and are in constant contact with new home builders
to stay updated on the best homes out there for the best possible

many with the National Board of Realtors ABR (Accredited Buyer's
Agent) certification. This means your New Home Specialist
works to negotiate the best price and terms for you, not the Seller!

help you find competent home inspectors and home warranty companies.

We provide service after the sale as
well. For example, in our quarterly newsletter, we provide
maintenance tips. We also supply the best internet resources
for information about maintenance or remodeling. For example:
Pour a capful of full strength bleach into the PVC access pipe,
provided for this purpose, from each of your furnaces. This
helps prevent clogging of your main condensate lines. Do this
more often when the house is new, and, then every 6 months or
