Our Real Estate discount brokerage is
designed for people who like to search for real estate
on their own and are Internet users. Our clients are
provided with photos and floor plans of new homes that
meet their criteria. An appointment with the builder (or
the builder’s representative) is then arranged and a
tour of homes scheduled. Our agents will be responsible
for presenting any offers and following up on all
accepted offers until closing.
From the tour stage forward, our
clients receive all the benefits and services as any
other full service real estate brokerage. (This includes
homes not yet under construction, which often take 5
months or more to build.) We will provide all the
traditional assistance with inspections, loans, legal,
etc. We are with you every step of the way, and still
save you money!

Rebate Requirements
1. An Atlanta Discount Real Estate Broker
/ New Home Specialist must register or pre-register your
name with the builder either before or at the time of
your first visit to the builder sales office.
2. An Atlanta Discount Real Estate
Broker / New Home Specialist must be present at time of
contract writing, or have made prior arrangements with
builder.
3. A Rebate can not apply if a 3rd
party relocation company is collecting a referral fee
from New Homes America on your behalf.
4. A Rebate is only available on homes
purchased in the Metro Atlanta area.
5. A Rebate is available only to
buyers who close using a New Homes America New Home
Specialist as their sole and exclusive buyer's agent in
the purchase of real estate.
